Miss Office 2024: Your Chance to Shine
Belarus is set to host the online casting for the 15th season of the International Miss Office Beauty Pageant on April 25th. The organizing committee invites female office workers from local companies to participate. The grand prize is 3,000,000 rubles, and participation is entirely free.
Who Can Participate?
Any woman aged 20 to 35 working in an office can submit an application. To do so, fill out the form on the official website before April 16th. Marital status does not matter.
Prizes and Opportunities
The winner of the season will receive:
- 3,000,000 rubles
- The title of “Miss Office 2024”
- An advertising contract with three Russian brands
The Miss Office casting tour will run from March to August, featuring 25 in-person castings in Russia and online castings for participants from other countries.
Belarusian Success Stories
Belarusian women have frequently secured prize places in the competition. However, no Bashkir woman has yet won the main crown throughout the project’s history. Perhaps the title of “Miss Office 2024” is waiting for you!
Olga Maschenskaya from Minsk, “Miss Office Belarus 2023,” will support her compatriots at the casting. She made it to the final of the project last season, surpassing more than 30,000 girls who sent their applications to the competition. This year, Olga has a responsible mission: she will be part of the jury for the first selection stage.
What Does the Competition Evaluate?
The project assesses not only the beauty of the participants but also their business qualities, ingenuity, and ability to present themselves and their company. The competition has been held annually since 2010.
The online broadcast of last season’s final was watched by over 10 million people.
Diverse Participants
Finalists of “Miss Office” hold various positions, including:
- Marketers and engineers
- Economists and office managers
- Department heads and general directors
Representatives from major companies such as Sber, Gazprom, Rosneft, Russian Railways, Beeline, Lukoil, and VTB have participated in the competition. The organizing committee received over 30,000 applications for participation in 2023.
Last Season’s Winner
The main prize of the previous season was won by 29-year-old brand manager from Kazan, Ekaterina Klimushina. She shares:

Casting and Competition Stages
Girls whose applications interest the organizing committee of the “Miss Office” competition receive an invitation to the casting. At the casting, participants perform with a visiting card where they talk about themselves and their employer and demonstrate creative numbers. After that, the jury determines the names of the girls who pass to the semifinal. The casting ends with a solemn awarding and the presentation of pleasant gifts to each participant.
The casting winners get a chance to represent their city/country in the competition semifinal. Based on the casting results, 130 beauties will be selected to participate in the online voting for the final. And only 30 finalists will be invited to Moscow for the final show, where a competent jury will choose one winner. She will receive the main prize: 3,000,000 rubles (tax paid by the organizer), the title of “Miss Office 2024,” and an advertising contract with the brands “Miss Office,” “KOMUS,” and ATTACHE.
In addition to the main prize, the final provides several honorary titles and valuable prizes: trips, the latest gadgets, jewelry, branded clothes and cosmetics, training certificates, and much more.
