The benefits of cosmetics with natural ingredients are not exaggerated. The vitamins and minerals they contain are easily absorbed by the skin, nourishing, moisturizing, and protecting it from free radicals and harmful ultraviolet rays. Many of the components in such cosmetics can be found in your garden: fresh greens, vegetables, berries. You can buy medicinal herbs and collections at the pharmacy, and in the refrigerator, you will find cottage cheese, eggs, sour cream, and cream – a natural and useful base for many cosmetic masks.

We will tell you which remedies will make your hair silky, your facial skin firm, and your hands soft. We will also share some beauty recipes tested by our grandmothers.
Firm Body
A firm skin and perky bust are every girl’s dream. With verbena oil, this dream becomes a reality. Verbena is also considered a natural aphrodisiac that improves mood. Jasmine oil, known as the most expensive in the world, will give the skin flawless smoothness and velvety softness.
Beautiful Hair
To make your locks shine, and to eliminate itching and dandruff, massage your scalp with a special hair scrub once a week. You can buy it or make it yourself. Mix 2-3 tablespoons of shampoo, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 2 drops each of tea tree and almond essential oils.
Soft Heels
With the onset of heat, it is especially important to provide antibacterial care for your feet to prevent fungus. Foot baths with the addition of rosemary, lavender, and tea tree oils will help. They are also good because they will help soften and then remove corns and calluses, as well as eliminate unpleasant odors.
Well-Groomed Hands
If you do not protect your hands from the sun, it leads to the appearance of pigment spots. The simplest way to prevent this is to use lotions and creams that contain natural whiteners: extracts of lemon, parsley, strawberry, currant. Once a week, make a mask with cornflower: pour 1 tablespoon of blue cornflower flowers with 3 tablespoons of water, boil for 2 minutes over low heat, cool slightly. Add 10 drops of lemon juice and a little rye flour for viscosity. Apply to hands for 20 minutes, wear polyethylene gloves. Then rinse with water. The mask will not only whiten the skin but also prevent it from drying out.
Fresh Look
The skin of the face also needs relaxation. We unconsciously tense our muscles, and then wrinkles appear in the places of folds. Make a soothing mask – with rose or oxygen. You can take any nourishing cream and apply it in a thick layer on your face for 15 minutes, after adding 2 drops of essential oils to it: neroli, sandalwood, myrrh, rose, pine. After such a mask, the skin will noticeably freshen.
