The Princess of Wales celebrated her birthday by sharing a heartfelt new video on her Instagram account. The beautiful visual shows Kate reflecting on the significance of nature in her life and how it has aided her healing process.
Alongside the nature-themed video, she wrote: “The Mother Nature series has been a deeply personal, creative reflection on how nature has helped me heal. But it is also a story about the power of nature and creativity in collective healing.”
She concluded her post with: “There is so much we can learn from Mother Nature, as we look to build a happier, healthier world. C.”
