Why Your Body Needs a Full Detox at Least Once a Year

In today’s world, there are numerous detox programs available, making it challenging to choose the right one. Which method genuinely helps cleanse the body? Where should you start? Could it potentially harm you? Alexander Yaroslavtsev, the author of TV shows like “Pro ZOZH,” “Kitchen of Life,” and “Temptation,” shares his insights on his unique program, “Full Detox.” Alexander has spent years developing this method and is confident that it can significantly improve your health.

“If we can harm ourselves with our diet, we can also restore ourselves”: How the Project Idea Came About

The “Full Detox” course began over twenty years ago. As a student, Alexander was interested in health issues, not by choice but because he worked as a distributor for a network company selling dietary supplements. Gradually, he delved deeper into the topic, reading about how vitamins and minerals affect the body.

“That’s when I started to understand the crucial role of nutrition. I attended numerous seminars, schools, and training sessions, gaining basic knowledge. Later, I studied all the processes occurring in our body more seriously. I completed many training sessions and studied a lot of literature, from the works of famous professors to the writings of folk healers. I focused on nutrition issues. After all, we are what we eat. If we harm ourselves with our diet, we can also restore ourselves.”

Quality Drinking Water: Our Most Faithful Friend and Ally

Quality drinking water is our most faithful friend and ally. Therefore, the course dedicates a lot of time and attention to the drinking regimen.

During the pandemic, Alexander systematized all his knowledge.

“Gradually, my knowledge and experience formed the basis of my unique course, ‘Full Detox.’ It includes developments from clinics specializing in cleansing and rejuvenating the body, such as Kivach in Karelia, Murano in Italy, and La Prairie in Switzerland. However, the core of the course is based on health improvement methods using the mineral water complex found in Karlovy Vary. I have been going there every year for over 15 years.”

“Imagine never washing the pan you cook with. What would happen to it? The same thing happens to your body”: Who Needs a Detox

The “Full Detox” program is designed to help you get in shape at home without spending a fortune. Primarily, the course is beneficial for those who want to change their eating habits, learn to eat correctly, and understand the processes occurring in the body. The program also helps those with hormonal imbalances, thyroid problems, diabetes, skin diseases, excess weight, or lack of muscle mass.

Alexander believes that cleansing the body is essential.

“With poor nutrition and lifestyle, we deplete our internal resources. Unfortunately, these resources do not restore themselves; they need external help. Imagine never washing the pan you cook with. What would happen to it? The same thing happens to your body. It needs to be cleansed at least once a year. ‘Full Detox’ accomplishes this task inexpensively and effectively.”

We break the traditional weight loss patterns. How do most people imagine weight loss? Rice, chicken breast, low-fat cottage cheese, maybe an egg. Here, it’s the complete opposite. You can allow yourself the fattiest yogurts, cheeses, fish, meat, and even chocolate. The weight loss effect is achieved by eliminating carbohydrates from the diet.

“I eat once or twice a day – and that’s enough”: On Food, Water, and Productivity

Alexander is convinced that when preaching certain methods, it is essential to follow them yourself. As the author of the program, he lives by its principles.

“I eat once or twice a day – and that’s enough. I also skip breakfast, following intermittent fasting, which helps cleanse the body and initiate rejuvenation processes. In the course, we allow the somatotropic hormone (which affects growth) to work at full capacity without being suppressed by glucose.”

The first meal begins after two to four hours. Our course participants follow the same eating pattern after completing the “Full Detox.” They are very grateful for feeling great, having plenty of energy in the morning, and having enough calories from the previous evening for the body to function well.

Productivity increases; they accomplish more and become more efficient. I drink a lot of water, take minerals and natural supplements, the amount of which depends on the season, well-being, and test results. With this approach, many changes have occurred, all of which have improved the quality of my life.

“It’s not as expensive as many think”: Does Healthy Eating Hurt Your Wallet?

We asked Alexander if eating right is an expensive pleasure. He believes the costs are manageable.

“It’s not as expensive as many think. You still eat meat, fish, and vegetables, but within the course, you learn to cook them in a way that extracts the maximum benefit. Undoubtedly, many of us cannot afford to buy a large amount of seafood regularly (the course includes these products). But their absence on your table means a lack of zinc and omega-3, essential components.”

Perhaps the most significant expense is related to purchasing seafood, vitamins, and minerals. You will also need to spend on products that have firmly entered the diet of the entire civilized world but are just taking root in ours.

These include, for example, gluten-free flour (almond, pumpkin, poppy, coconut). It’s not a cheap pleasure, but I always share life hacks on how to save money. For example, buy 2 kg of almonds and grind them at home – and now you have 2 kg of almond flour, which you would have bought much more expensively in ready-made form. And this is the basis for healthy pancakes and pies.

6 Life Hacks to Feel Better

  • Skip breakfast. There’s no need to force-feed yourself in the morning just because it’s a tradition. The body is not ready yet.
  • Reduce the amount of carbohydrates.
  • Eliminate sugar. From sugar in its pure form to hidden sugars that manufacturers dishonestly hide in product compositions.
  • Drink more water (I recommend at least two liters a day).
  • Your diet should include omega and vitamin D.
  • At least once a year, pay increased attention to your body. The body is a serious mechanism that requires care.

“The worst habit is constant snacking”: What is truly beneficial and what is harmful

The worst habit is constant snacking. This desire is formed in the mind when we eat empty calories and do not get enough energy. I am against frequent and fractional snacks.

The best habit is drinking plenty of water.

“Quality drinking water is our most faithful friend and ally. Therefore, the course dedicates a lot of time and attention to the drinking regimen. Habits go hand in hand with your state. For example, you eat often and incorrectly, you lack knowledge about nutrition, you see in the mirror not what you want – this always affects your self-esteem.

And even though we love ourselves, we have a certain state of dissatisfaction.”
