‘This year has been transformative in my personal life. It has taught me resilience, acceptance, and the ability to listen to myself. Yes, there were tough moments. But now I see that all these trials were necessary for me to become stronger and happier,’ the popular singer declared.

Internal changes are hard to assess, but the external transformation is quite noticeable. The singer has undergone age-related corrections.

‘I want to note that it is very difficult to assess appearance from photographs today, as there are many programs that enhance the results. Proper lighting also plays a significant role. You can only accurately determine if plastic surgery was done by seeing the patient in person. But among all, Alsou stands out the most; her external transformation is evident,’ says the plastic surgeon.

Most likely, the singer opted for a forehead endoscopy and a circular facelift. This has made her facial contour sharper and lifted the corners of her eyebrows.

Alexander Buinov

Alexander Buinov also looks younger than he did a year ago. His facial oval has lifted, an effect often achieved through endoscopic or circular facelifts.

‘The lower third of his face no longer sags as it did before. We observe a smooth forehead, with the corners of his eyebrows in place. This effect can be achieved not only through facelifts but also with botulinum toxin injections,’ notes the surgeon.

‘It seems like the corner of her eyebrow has slightly dropped; it used to look different. Plus, there is a feeling that her nose has changed, possibly due to the introduction of a drug,’ the doctor reasons.

Nonna Grishaeva is one of those lucky ones who won the genetic lottery; she hardly changes with the years.

‘And this is definitely not surgery, possibly collagen, Botox, and hardware techniques. Volnemer is very popular now; it’s a painless but very effective drug. Often, thread lifts are added to the combination to maintain the effect. The complex is repeated once a year,’ explains the plastic surgeon.

‘Considering that the eyebrows are in their previous position, I lean towards injectable or hardware techniques. Possibly even complemented by chin liposuction,’ the surgeon concluded.

Sergey Lazarev, Dima Bilan, and Valeria are on the list of those who have found the perfect skincare routine and stopped time.

‘Sergey Lazarev looks great; this is not surgery but cosmetology. He takes good care of himself. Dima Bilan also has not resorted to plastic surgery; beauty injections and volume replenishment in the middle third of the face save him. Previously, there was a slight deficiency in this area. Finally, Valeria looks very young for her age, with a maximally natural face. There are no interventions. If there were any, they were a long time ago. The facial oval is not pulled, everything is natural. She maintains herself very well,’ the plastic surgeon concluded.
