“I love Pilates, and I mix it with a little CrossFit,” she told Bustle. “Depending on what I want to focus on, sometimes my trainer is tougher on me – which I like, but I’ll be like, ‘Oh, I have to leave early today.’ She’s like, ‘No, you don’t.'”

Lindsay appreciates Pilates for its gentle yet effective nature and emphasizes the importance of strength training, especially as one ages. She also considers her daily activities with her son as a form of exercise, stating, “Aside from moving all the time with my son, which I consider a workout every day, Pilates is nice me-time to have.”

She believes that exercise and wellness were not as emphasized in her generation but have become increasingly important to her over time. “With time and as you age, you realize the importance of it and how great you feel, and I value that. In addition to her fitness routine, Lindsay is meticulous about her skincare and diet. She starts her day with a juice made of carrot, ginger, lemon, olive oil, and apple, and consumes plenty of green tea and water. She is also fond of pickled beets and incorporates them into many of her meals.

For skincare, Lindsay follows a specific regimen that includes testing various serums, using ice-cold water on her face in the mornings, and applying eye patches daily. She also believes in the benefits of laser treatments for maintaining her skin’s health and glow.
