Green Haven’s Transformation: A Glimpse into the Future

In the coming years, the Green Haven residential complex is set to undergo a remarkable transformation. The developer, A-100 Development, has unveiled plans to enhance the social infrastructure, including the addition of kindergartens and schools, and to expand commercial facilities—all with a keen focus on resident comfort. This vision was shared by A-100 Development representatives in their new sales office.

A Sprawling Complex with a Vision

Green Haven is a vast 220-hectare complex. To date, 6 city houses, 59 cottages, 31 townhouses, and line houses have been constructed on 50 hectares. By the end of 2026, the complex will house 4,000 residents, with the number expected to grow to 20,000 upon completion.

“At Green Haven, we have integrated various types of housing,” says Andrei Pashev, the chief architect of A-100 Development. “The complex features cottages, townhouses, line houses, duplexes, and city houses of varying heights. The development is thoughtfully nestled within a natural landscape, with roads, boulevards, and alleys winding through the forest. The quarter boasts low building density, enclosed well-maintained courtyard areas, and spacious inter-courtyard spaces with preserved forests.”

Recent Additions and Future Plans

In 2023, the quarter welcomed a new park equipped with sports grounds, eco-trails, and yoga spaces. The Central Square was also inaugurated, offering relaxation zones for large groups, shops, cozy cafes, and outdoor workspaces. The square is poised to become a hub for both residents and visitors. The new sales office began operations here in December.

Throughout 2024, a new road will be constructed to improve access to Green Haven. In 2025, a 230-place kindergarten, a sports zone for team sports, and further commercial infrastructure, including pharmacies, cafes, and beauty coworking spaces, will be added. The year 2026 will see the construction of a shopping center, and a school will be built in 2028.

Comprehensive Social and Commercial Infrastructure

Plans for social facilities include four kindergartens, two schools, and a clinic. Residents will also enjoy a full range of commercial infrastructure, from pharmacies and local shops to fitness centers and shopping malls.

“Green Haven is a large-scale project aimed at providing people with the opportunity to live in nature without sacrificing urban comforts,” notes Svetlana Tsvirko, director of A-100 Development. “We are putting in a lot of effort to ensure the project aligns with this philosophy and continue to work on it, constantly raising construction standards. We see that openness and keeping promises contribute to the trust and preference for our company. This, in turn, makes A-100 Development one of the largest and most reliable developers in the Belarusian real estate market.”

Location and Concept

Green Haven is located 3.5 km from Minsk, surrounded by golf fields and the Stiklevo reserve. The concept was developed by English, Swedish, and Belarusian architects. For more information, visit the official website of Minsk.
