From September 7th to 24th, the autumnal PRO COFFEE festival will take place across six cities in Belarus: Minsk, Grodno, Vitebsk, Mogilev, Gomel, and Brest. This event promises to be a delightful journey for coffee enthusiasts and foodies alike.

Unique Coffee Sets and Delectable Desserts

Throughout the festival, 60 establishments (10 in each city) will offer specially crafted coffee beverages paired with exquisite desserts. Each set is priced at an affordable 10 rubles, making it accessible for everyone to indulge in these unique creations.

Minsk’s Finest Offerings

In Minsk, 10 renowned cafes and coffee shops will present their unique coffee sets:

  • Pekarnaya Lavka Bakery (K. Turovsky St., 24; Leningradskaya St., 5; Gikalo St., 1): Enjoy a latte paired with a chocolate cherry cake.
  • ZAVTRAKI na Muzicheskom Cafe (Internatsionalnaya St., 25A): Savor a baked treat with boiled condensed milk, sour cream mousse, and apple in syrup, complemented by a coconut raff.
  • COFFEE Coffee Shop (Prospekt Pobediteley, 65, Korona Zamok Mall, 2nd & 3rd floors; Petra Mstislavtsa St., 11, Dana Mall, 1st floor; Prospekt Pobediteley, 9, Galerie Mall, 4th floor): Choose between a cappuccino or matcha latte, served with a double tiramisu.
  • COFFEELine Cafe (Timiryazeva St., 74A, Palazzo Mall, 2nd floor): Delight in a lemon sabayon with caramel mousse on a lemon-almond biscuit, paired with an Americano and syrup.
  • Cofix Coffee Shop (32 locations, see festival website): Treat yourself to a latte macchiato with whipped cream and caramel topping, accompanied by a dessert featuring chocolate biscuit with cream, salted caramel layer, and roasted nuts.
  • Americano Coffee Shop (Internatsionalnaya St., 5): Experience a bumble paired with Viennese waffles, vanilla ice cream, caramel topping, and popcorn.
  • Dolce Cafe (Bobruyskaya St., 6; Nemiga St., 3, Nemiga Mall, 1st floor; Prititskogo St., 156, Green City Mall, 1st floor): Enjoy a caramel latte with a meringue roll filled with mango and passion fruit.
  • Patisserie Cafe (Ya. Chechota St., 7; Timiryazeva St., 74a): Sip on a mocha coffee paired with a chausson filled with cottage cheese, cranberry, and cream cheese.
  • LAVAZZA Club Coffee Shop (Nemiga St., 5; Bobruyskaya St., 6, Galileo Mall, 3rd floor; Denisovskaya St., 8, Korona City Mall, 1st floor): Delight in a citrus raff with a citrus eclair, lemon curd cream, French meringue, and lemon candied peel.
  • Zaudzhy Tsikava Cafe (Tankovaya St., 8, Gas Station #74; Minsk District, Zhdanovichsky Village, 20 km (right) M-6 Minsk-Grodno Highway, Gas Station #20; National Airport Minsk, 94, Gas Station #46; Volodko St., 3, Gas Station #22): Choose between a latte or Americano, paired with a puff pastry dessert filled with cottage cheese and cream, and apple filling.

Collect Stamps and Win Prizes

Each participating establishment will have unique stamps. For every set purchased, guests will receive a stamp on their participant card. Collect 10 unique stamps and drop your completed card into the box located at LAVAZZA Club Coffee Shop (Nemiga St., 5) to enter a prize drawing. Prizes include coffee machines, a wine fridge, yearly supplies of coffee and tea, watches, decorative panels, gift certificates, and even an inflatable SUP board!
