Green Harbor: A-100 Development’s Vision for a Nature-Integrated Urban Lifestyle
Despite the residential real estate market’s fluctuations due to various external factors, A-100 Development remains steadfast in its commitment to constructing the Green Harbor residential complex. Nestled near golf courses and just 3.5 km from Minsk, this ambitious project is set to redefine urban living in Belarus.
Project Completion and Scale
The construction of Green Harbor is slated for completion in 2035. Upon completion, the residential complex will encompass approximately 280 buildings, organized into 18 distinct neighborhoods across a sprawling 220-hectare area. The total number of residents is expected to reach 16,000. As the complex becomes populated, all necessary social and commercial infrastructure will be developed, including:
- Kindergarten and school
- Shopping center
- Fitness center and beauty studios
- Cafes, restaurants, and bakeries
- Central square and sports zones
- Children’s playgrounds
- Running and Nordic walking tracks
A City in Nature: The New Development Phase
According to Svetlana Shevlik, the leader and shareholder of the A-100 Development group of companies, Green Harbor is entering a new development phase – “a city in nature.” The residential complex has begun constructing buildings with apartments ranging from 4 to 7 stories. Currently, Green Harbor features 50 private cottages and block houses with two-story apartments, including line houses, townhouses, and urban houses. To date, 25% of the residential complex has been built, and by 2035, it is expected to quadruple in size.
Creating a New Reality and Lifestyle
In Green Harbor, we are not just building houses; we are creating a new reality and a lifestyle that previously did not exist in Belarus. The essence of this lifestyle is living in nature but with the comforts of a city. Residents will not have to sacrifice comfort to live surrounded by nature. During construction, we maximize the preservation of mature trees, complementing them with stylish architecture and all necessary infrastructure. We are also working extensively with future residents to explain the charms and advantages of living in a city in nature.
Despite building a city, we carefully preserve the tranquility and peace initially embedded in the concept and philosophy of Green Harbor. Thanks to the 220-hectare area of the residential complex, we will ensure that every person can maintain privacy and avoid city noise. We want residents to perceive their homes as a place of recharge and tranquility. I am convinced that in the next 2-3 years, Green Harbor will be one of the most attractive and comfortable places to live in Belarus.
New Apartment Layouts
The primary type of housing to be built in the coming years will be city houses, or buildings of varying heights with apartments. Regarding this, the developer A-100 Development, in collaboration with its innovative plant “SBK,” has designed over 15 new Euro-format apartment layouts. These layouts are notable for considering the current needs of people, modern lifestyles, and scenarios. Each apartment features a common space that combines the kitchen, living room, and relaxation area, along with separate rooms such as bedrooms and children’s rooms. Most layouts also include walk-in closets. The new layouts focus on maximizing the efficient use of every square meter of space. Such apartments are currently in high demand and popular in European countries.
Open Access to Green Harbor
Since the start of construction in 2018, Green Harbor has been closed to free access. Only residents of the complex or clients of the sales department could enter. However, at the end of August, the developer, as an experiment, is opening the residential complex to everyone who wants to see it with their own eyes. Green Harbor can be visited until October 1st, inclusive, any day until 8:00 PM. Upon entering the complex, it is sufficient to inform the security service of the purpose of the visit.
Green Harbor represents a pioneering project in Belarus, aiming to blend urban comfort with the tranquility of nature. With its innovative apartment layouts, extensive infrastructure, and commitment to preserving the natural environment, Green Harbor is poised to become one of the most desirable residential complexes in the country. As the project progresses, it will continue to set new standards for modern living, offering residents a unique lifestyle that combines the best of both worlds.
