- 2 cups freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup rosemary simple syrup
- Salt for the rim (optional)
- Brut cava or champagne to top off
- Thinly sliced grapefruit for garnish
Directions:
For the Rosemary Simple Syrup: Simmer water and sweetener for 2 minutes, then remove from heat. Add rosemary and let steep for 20 minutes.
